As a standard, we provide 24 x 7 technical support to all customers. GlobeNet employs qualified Application Support engineers who manage each major project and activation. The specific project manager owns the account, together with the sales representative that is assigned to it. The team responds to each and every Technical requirement of the customer before service commissioning, upon activation, and during the actual customer use. Assigned Application Support engineers can be called on to mediate for clients during outages. The engineer will work out the restoration of the circuit or service by coordinating the restoration activities within Globe Telecom for the client. Aside from this, Globe Telecom operates the Network Operation Center and monitors it on a 24 hours by 7-day basis.
